TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin all orders.
     
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to pickup or shipment.
     
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved business checks.
     

Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days from the date we receive both your deposit and final artwork approval.
     
  • Turnaround may vary depending on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.
     
  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee — please contact us in advance for availability and pricing.
     

Artwork & Approvals

  • All designs must be approved in writing (email confirmation is acceptable) before printing begins.
     
  • Once artwork is approved, South Philly Tees is not responsible for errors in spelling, design, or sizing provided by the customer.
     
  • We may adjust artwork slightly for best print results (e.g., sizing, placement), but no major changes will be made without your approval.
     

Product & Print Quality

  • We use only high-quality inks and garments. However, exact colors may vary slightly due to fabric type, screen printing techniques, and digital display differences.
     
  • Garment sizing can vary by manufacturer. We recommend reviewing size charts prior to ordering; South Philly Tees is not responsible for sizing issues after approval.
     

Shipping & Delivery

  • Local customers may arrange pickup at no charge.
     
  • Shipping is available nationwide; costs are calculated at checkout or included in your quote.
     
  • South Philly Tees is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control once items are shipped.
     

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled prior to artwork approval may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus any design or setup fees.
     
  • Once printing has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
     
  • If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us immediately. We stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee — if the error is ours, we’ll make it right or issue a full refund.
     

Customer-Supplied Garments

  • If you provide your own garments, South Philly Tees cannot guarantee results and is not responsible for damages that may occur during the printing process.
     

Ownership of Artwork

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any artwork provided.
     
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use it. South Philly Tees is not liable for copyright or trademark infringements on customer-supplied designs.
